Using your free booking page.

Your account and page

Berrinex Booking provides a free personal booking page and meeting-request dashboard. Use accurate account details, keep your password secure and upload only logos and content you have permission to use. You are responsible for the meetings you arrange and the content on your page.

Respect other people

Use guest details only to respond to their request and arrange the meeting. Do not use this service for unsolicited marketing, impersonation, illegal content or automated spam. Berrinex may restrict abusive accounts and requests.

Requests and confirmations

A request is not a confirmed meeting. Pending requests hold the time for up to 24 hours or until the meeting starts, whichever is sooner. Hosts must accept requests before they expire. Calendar and email delivery depend on the connected providers; check your dashboard and Google account if a confirmation is uncertain.

Connected accounts

You choose whether to connect Google Calendar and Gmail through Composio. Calendar access is required to publish your page; Gmail is optional for notifications and outgoing messages. Guest replies arrive in your Gmail inbox. You can revoke connected access through your Google Account settings.

Service changes and support

This service is free. Availability and features may change as we develop it. Contact office@berrinex.com for help, account deletion or questions about your data. These terms do not limit rights that apply under mandatory law.
